We recommend choosing a lock based on its Sold Secure rating and your typical parking environment. For high-risk areas, our Gold or Diamond rated wearable chain locks and D-locks provide maximum security, while our Z LOK series is perfect for short-term café stops.
How do I register my keys for the replacement service?
Every Hiplok comes with a unique key code. We strongly recommend registering your code on our website immediately after purchase. If you ever lose your keys, we can provide replacements based on your registered code.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping options. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Do you offer a warranty on your security products?
Yes, all Hiplok products are built to the highest quality standards. We offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our security locks, covering defects in materials and workmanship to give you total peace of mind.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
