We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hiplok security products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused product in its original retail packaging, ensuring all keys, brackets, and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned security hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
